Skysoar Sports is specialized in bag manufacturing and exporting. We mainly produce all kinds of polyester bags, nylon bags and cotton bags, which include backpacks, school bags, cosmetic bags, travel bags, tote bags and more. At present, we have 18 mass production lines with 480 skilled sewing workers in our three owned factories. With such resources, our monthly output is 400,000 pieces.
Implementing Strict Quality Control System
We implement a strict quality control system in all our production stage. Before mass production, all the materials should be confirmed by IQC and then sent to customers for approval. During mass production, IPQC staff would conduct inspections from time to time to avoid sewing mistakes. And after mass production, FQC staff would carefully inspect each bag.
